This prime residential home is situated along Minnis Bay seafront. The property is rumoured to have been owned by Dame Vera Lynn and has views across the bay toward Reculver and beyond.

The client came to us with a recent design which was designed under permitted development dimensions. However, they wished to expand upon the brief to accommodate their family and make the existing small cosy spaces more usable. They also wanted to keep the overall character of the property which is seen as a landmark within the local area.

Broadoak Heritage reviewed the drawings and instructed an architect to carry out the scheme. The client is now reviewing various proposals to put forward to planning.
