Broadoak Developments Limited started working on the brownfield site within the beautiful village of Smarden in late 2016. We began using our expertise to add value to the site immediately, using our wide range of contacts to convert the site from commercial to residential and gain outline planning for four units. This was obtained in early 2018 and provided a substantial uplift in the land’s value.
Upon receiving outline planning permission the partners worked together to push for a further four more homes (eight in total) which is imminent and with this in mind our business partner has decided to purchase our shares in the company.
Broadoak Developments Limited would like to wish the existing owner of the site the best of luck with its further development.
